During our 2-hour Initial Consultation, we will review our Client Services Agreement and your child’s intake forms that you’ll complete beforehand. These include a comprehensive child and family health history, symptom burden checklist, review of any relevant documents (ex: specialist reports, IFSPs, IEPs, etc.) and/or related lab work, as well as an optional consecutive 3-Day Food/ Mood/ Elimination/ Symptoms Journal for your child.
We will use the Initial Consultation to establish the overall goals and direction of the remainder of our coaching program together.
-
Within the 25 weeks of the Initial Support Program, following our Initial Consultation, we will meet for a total of seven 90-minute Follow Up Sessions to check in. We typically “pick up where we left off” (unless something new and/or pressing has come up since the last session)... I want to hear the wins and what’s going well, as well as where and how I can best support you.
Utilizing personalized nutrition with a food-first philosophy, holistic lifestyle changes, and developmental strategies, we’ll work together to help you optimize your child’s overall health and development. We will discuss strategies to help you personalize their diet to the least restrictive and most nutrient dense diet that they’ll willingly eat.
I’ll serve as your coach, a guide, an accountability partner, and cheerleader! -
As a client in my Initial Support Program, consider yourself in my inner circle for 25 weeks. I’m here for you! Email support is provided via a secure chat in our client portal platform, conveniently accessible across devices, for us to communicate outside of our coaching calls.
Want to share a recent win? Need to ask for clarification? Want me to help you decode an ingredients label before you purchase something new? All you have to do is reach out and connect.

The Initial Support Program may be a great fit for you if…
Your child is within 2 years - 12 years old and is experiencing developmental delay(s), neurodevelopmental condition(s), and/or complex picky eating
You believe your child's physical, behavioral, and/or developmental symptoms could be improved by changing their nutrition + lifestyle
You’re motivated and ready to make nutrition + lifestyle changes to support your child’s health and development but you feel stuck and don’t know where to go next…
You’re a parent/caregiver who tends to be naturally minded and/or holistically minded, generally speaking.
If you are a parent/caregiver looking for long-term guidance, accountability, and the highest level of support that I offer, this spacious container of 25 weeks of 1:1 Distance Coaching may be right for you. When your child is struggling with the symptoms of a developmental delay, neurodevelopmental condition, and/or complex picky eating, major changes to their nutrition + lifestyle can take considerable time and efforts.
As I tell my clients, small wins lead to big progress over time! The keys are: consistency, persistence, patience, and grace with yourself, with your child and family, and with the process.

The Initial Support Program is NOT the right fit for your family if…
If your child is less than 2 years old OR older than 12 years old
If you're looking for a quick simple solution, this is not for you. The journey of personalizing your child’s diet and nutrition is made up of small and manageable steps for you and your child, focused on meeting your child where he/she is. It's important that you trust and commit to the process consistently in order to see maximum results.
If you are resistant to the idea of removing artificial colors, artificial flavors, upgrading the quality of your child's foods... and you are unwilling to consider how certain foods may be playing a role in your child's picky eating, behavior, and symptoms this is not a good fit for you.
If the idea of natural approaches and holistic care for children makes you roll your eyes, the Initial Support Program is not the right fit for you.
If your child is experiencing body dysmorphia or a known eating disorder, my distance coaching services are not the right fit. If your child is experiencing body dysmorphia in addition to self-restricted eating, please seek appropriate support from a trusted healthcare provider specializing in disordered eating.
If your family adheres to a vegan diet and you are not willing to incorporate animal-based foods into your child’s diet, this is not the right fit for you.
If your family adheres to a vegetarian diet and you are not willing to consider including more animal-based foods into your child’s diet, this is not the right fit for you.
If the investment of the coaching program is going to cause financial hardship for your family
